1. Placing an Order

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on rostemes.com, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Order Changes or Cancellations: To change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Standard and Express shipping within the USA, and international shipping to selected countries.

3. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

5. Return Process

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
